Croatian govt approves Zagreb’s 207 mln euro EIB loan

June 13 (SeeNews) - The Croatian government on Thursday allowed the authorities of the capital Zagreb to borrow 206.9 million euro ($223.1 million) from the European Investment Bank, finance minister Marko Primorac said.

The proceeds will be used to finance capital projects related to public buildings, sustainable public transportation, digitization and revitalisation of brownfield projects, Primorac told weekly cabinet meeting, as seen in a video recording published on Youtube.

The loan has a 10-year term with a one-year grace period and an annual interest rate tied to three-month Euribor plus a margin.
