Bosnia's Hifa Oil owner plans to build furniture plant in Maglaj - municipality

September 5 (SeeNews) - Hajrudin Ahmetlic, owner of Bosnian oil products trader Hifa Oil, plans to invest in the construction of a plant for wood processing and furniture production in the Maglaj municipality, the municipal government said.

Ahmetlic has submitted a request for modification of the regulatory plan of the Lijesnica business zone in the municipality so that it encompasses space for the planned factory, the municipal government said in a notice last month.

The facility will cover an area of 12,549 sq m.

Tesanj-based Hifa Oil distributes oil derivatives across Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company was founded in 2002.

Maglaj is a town and municipality located in the northern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
