Bosnia's GIK Oko delists from Sarajevo bourse

June 13 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina-based publishing company GIK Oko [SAJ:GIKORK5] has delisted its shares from the Sarajevo stock exchange (SASE), the bourse said on Thursday.

SASE delisted 1,684,499 shares of GIK Oko, each with a par value of 8.5 marka ($4.7/4.3 euro), the stock exchange operator said in a notice.

GIK Oko said in December its shares will stop trading on the bourse due to a change in the form of the entity.

(1 euro = 1.956 marka)
