May 21 (SeeNews) - Slovenian document printing company Cetis [LJSE:CETG] said it is proposing to its shareholders to skip dividend distribution for 2023.

The company plans to retain its 18.7 million euro ($20.3 million) accumulated profit, Cetis said in a stock exchange filing last week.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 18.

Cetis recorded a net profit of 18.3 million euro in 2023, down from 19 million euro in the previous year.

The company is active in security and commercial printing, including the printing of ID documents, lottery tickets and cards as well as in packaging and labels. It is part of MSIN Group which employs more than 1,200 people in its companies.
