Author: Radomir Ralev

The shares were owned by Bosnian building materials trader and real estate company Unionpromet, news portal eKapija.com reported on Wednesday without naming the buyer.

SASE data showed that 61,290 shares of MS&Wood changed hands in a single transaction valued at 5.8 million marka on Wednesday. SASE did not name the parties to the deal.

eKapija.com also said the company has been ready for sale since last year when it split in two - furniture producer MS&Wood and real estate company Nekretnine Miljacka - in order to separate its core business into a single entity.
