Serbia's gross domestic product (GDP) growth estimate for 2026 was also left unchanged at 4.0%, the World Bank said in its June 2024 Global Economic Prospects report published on Tuesday.
The Serbian economy expanded by 2.5% in 2023.
The World Bank noted it expects growth in the Western Balkans, including Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia, to accelerate to 3.2% in 2024, 3.5% in 2025 and 3.8% in 2026, from the estimated 2.5% in 2023.
