Slovenia's NLB to redeem 300 mln euro notes on July 19

NLB will redeem the notes one year before their maturity on July 19, 2025, the Slovenian lender said in a filing to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Thursday.

The bonds were issued on July 19, 2022, NLB said.

In April, NLB said the European Union's Single Resolution Board has given the go-ahead for the early redemption of the notes one year or less before their maturity.

The bank recorded a consolidated after-tax profit of 550.7 million euro in 2023, up from 446.9 million euro in the previous year.
