The shares were issued in the company’s latest capital increase process, FairPlay said in a bourse filing.
The company sought admission to trading just after Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) issued on Tuesday a decision to enter the new shares into the register of public companies.
FairPlay Properties raised at the start of October 15 million levs ($7.49 million/7.67 million euro) by placing 15 million new shares at a price of 1 levs each. As a result, the company increased its capital to 64.06 million levs from 49.05 million levs.
FairPlay Properties launched the capital increase process in September, offering up to 98.1 million ordinary shares to warrant holders.
By 1355 CEST on Wednesday, FairPlay's shares traded flat at 0.85 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
