October 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:FPP] said on Monday that it raised 15 million levs ($7.48 million/7.67 euro million) in an undersubscribed capital increase.
In the period between September 23 and September 29, warrant holders subscribed for 15 million shares at an issue price of 1 levs each, equal to their par value, the REIT said in a bourse filing.
FairPlay Properties launched the capital increase process last month , offering up to 98.1 million ordinary shares to warrant holders.
By 1450 CEST, FairPlay shares traded 3.49% lower at 0.83 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
In late 2021, the company raised its capital by 3.4 million levs to a little over 49 million levs after warrants exercise.
