September 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:FPP] launched a capital increase as part of which it will issue up to 98.1 million ordinary shares, the company said in a bourse filing on Friday.
The shares will have a par value of 1 lev and will be offered to warrant holders.
Back in July, FairPlay announced the issue of 98.1 million ordinary, transferrable warrants, allowing holders to take part in future capital increases.
In late 2021, the company raised its capital by 3.4 million levs ($1.74 million/1.738 million euro) to a little over 49 million levs after warrants exercise.
By 1600 CEST, shares in FairPlay Properties traded 5.82% lower at 0.89 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
