Bulgaria's Bravo Property plans additional dividend for 2023

March 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Bravo Property Fund REIT [BUL:BPF] said on Thursday that it is proposing to distribute an additional gross dividend of 0.036 levs ($0.02/0.018 euro) per share for 2023, after paying 0.05 levs per share for the first half of the year.

The company plans to pay out to its investors a total of 1.32 million levs from its adjusted 2023 net profit of 1.73 million levs, Bravo Property Fund said in a stock exchange filing.

Of the remaining profit, the company has already distributed some 381,000 levs as first-half dividend, while 22,920 levs will go towards undistributed profit.

In 2022, the company paid out an overall dividend of 1.6 million levs to its shareholders, or 0.0438 levs per share.

Shares in Bravo Property Fund last traded on Tuesday when they closed at 1.09 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
