September 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Bravo Property Fund REIT [BUL:BPF] said its shareholders approved a gross dividend payout of 0.05 levs ($0.028/0.026 euro) per share for the first half of 2023.
Equity owners will receive a total of 1.84 million levs as dividend, with 1.45 million levs coming from Bravo Property Fund's undistributed profit and the remainder allocated from its net profit reported for January-June, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.
In March, the company's shareholders approved a gross dividend payout of 0.0438 levs per share for 2022, or 1.6 million levs in total.
Shares in Bravo Property Fund last traded on August 30 when they closed at 1.03 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
