Bulgaria's Bravo Property Fund to pay lower dividend

March 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Bravo Property Fund REIT [BUL:BPF] said on Wednesday that its shareholders approved a gross dividend payout of 0.0438 levs ($0.024/0.022 euro) per share for 2022.

The REIT will distribute some 1.6 million levs of its 2022 net profit as dividend for last year, while the remainder will be allocated to undistributed profit, it said in a bourse filing.

In 2021, the company distributed a total of 1.84 million levs to its shareholders, split into two half-year dividend payouts of 0.0225 levs and 0.0275 levs per share, respectively, according to previously disclosed data.

Shares in Bravo Property Fund last traded at 1.02 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
