Prospective bidders are required to upgrade and expand the e-Albania application to prioritize mobile access, enable accessibility for people with disabilities, as well as add business intelligence interfaces involving a dashboard for decision-makers, while also strengthening data privacy, AKSHI said in a tender notice.

The winning bidder will be awarded an 18-month implementation contract and a two-year maintenance contract.

Offers can be submitted until July 15.
