April 15 (SeeNews) - Online betting operator Telematic Interactive Bulgaria [BUL:TIB] said on Monday that it bought back 160 of its own shares on April 12 as part of its ongoing share repurchase programme.
The company repurchased the shares at a price of 15.80 levs ($8.61/8.08 euro) apiece, Telematic Interactive said in a stock exchange filing.
The number of own shares held by Telematic Interactive as of April 15 totalled 745, representing 0.0057% of voting rights.
The betting operator initiated the share repurchase programme last month, targeting up to 3% of its equity capital per year and up to 7.41% in total. The company seeks to repurchase up to 388,800 shares on the regulated market by the end of this year and up to 960,018 shares in total until the end of 2026.
Shares in Telematic Interactive Bulgaria last traded on Friday when they closed at 15.80 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
