May 10 (SeeNews) - Online betting operator Telematic Interactive Bulgaria [BUL:TIB] said on Friday that it bought back 139 of its own shares in two separate transactions as part of its ongoing share buyback programme.
Telematic Interactive repurchased 68 shares priced at 15.80 levs ($8.67/8.08 euro) each on May 9 and 71 shares at 15.70 levs apiece on May 10, the company said in a bourse filing.
The number of own shares held by Telematic Interactive as of May 10 totalled 1,544, representing 0.0119% of voting rights.
The betting operator initiated the share repurchase programme in March, targeting up to 3% of its equity capital per year and up to 7.41% in total. The company seeks to repurchase up to 388,800 shares on the regulated market by the end of this year and up to 960,018 shares in total until the end of 2026.
As of 1545 CEST on Friday, shares in Telematic Interactive Bulgaria traded 0.64% higher at 15.70 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
