April 18 (SeeNews) - Online betting operator Telematic Interactive Bulgaria [BUL:TIB] said it repurchased 299 of its shares in two separate transactions as part of its ongoing share buyback programme.
Telematic Interactive bought back 150 shares priced at 15.80 levs ($8.59/8.08 euro) each on April 16 and 149 shares at the same price on April 17, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The number of own shares held by Telematic Interactive as of April 17 amounted to 1,044, representing 0.0081% of voting rights.
The betting operator launched the share repurchase programme last month, targeting up to 3% of its equity capital per year and up to 7.41% in total. The company seeks to repurchase up to 388,800 shares on the regulated market by the end of this year and up to 960,018 shares in total until the end of 2026.
Shares in Telematic Interactive Bulgaria last traded on Wednesday when they closed at 15.80 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
