February 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pawnshop chain operator Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage [BUL:SCOM] said it is proposing to its shareholders to pay out a one-time gross dividend of 0.10 levs ($0.06/0.05 euro) per share from accumulated undistributed profit.
The company plans to distribute 893,738 levs to its equity owners, Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage said in a stock exchange filing last week.
The proposal will be put to the vote at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on March 8.
Last June, investors in the company approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.16 levs per share for 2022, or 1.43 million levs in total.
Shares in Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage last traded on February 1 when they closed at 3.48 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
