June 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pawnshop chain operator Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage [BUL:SCOM] said on Wednesday that its shareholders approved a proposal for the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.16 levs ($0.09/0.08 euro) per share for 2022.
Equity owners will receive a total of 1.43 million levs, allotted from the company's net profit of 2.75 million levs for 2022, Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage said in a stock exchange filing. Of the remaining earnings, 274,958 levs will top up the company's reserve fund, while the rest will be retained as undistributed profit.
The dividend will be distributed in two tranches of 0.08 levs per share each, with the first tranche starting on July 14 and the second - on August 11.
The company did not pay out a dividend for 2021.
Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage operates a chain of over 100 pawnshops in Bulgaria.
As of 1350 CET on Wednesday, shares in the company traded flat at 3.10 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
