Shareholders of Croatia's Medika approve 200 euro dividend per share

May 9 (SeeNews) - Croatian pharmaceuticals distributor Medika Group [ZSE:MDKA] said its shareholders approved the disbursement of a dividend of 200 euro ($215) per share out of its retained profit.

The shareholders also decided to retain the net profit of 14.97 million euro for 2023, the company said last week.

The original proposal of the company’s management was to skip dividend payment and to retain the total net profit.

Last year, the company paid a divided of 215 euro per share out of its retained profit.

Medika's shares last traded on May 2 on the Zagreb bourse ending 2.70% lower at 7,200 euro.
