Croatia's Medika proposes to skip dividend payment

March 25 (SeeNews) - Croatian pharmaceuticals distributor Medika Group [ZSE:MDKA] said it has proposed to its shareholders to skip dividend payment this year.

The company's management and supervisory board have propose to retain the total net profit of 14.97 million euro for 2023, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Friday.

Its shareholders will vote on the proposal on May 2.

Last year, the company paid a divided of 215 euro per share out of its retained profit from previous years.

Medika's shares last traded on March 22 on the Zagreb bourse ending 1.97% lower at 7,450 euro,

($= 0.925 euro)
