March 12 (SeeNews) - Serbia's trade deficit shrank 25% on the year to $581.9 million (532.2 million euro) in January, the statistical office said on Tuesday.
The country's exports grew by 0.3% year-on-year to $2.3 billion in the January, while imports fell by 5.9% to $2.9 billion, the statistical office said in a statement.
The export-import ratio increased to 80.1%, from 75.2% in January 2023.
In 2023, Serbia's trade deficit fell by 26% to $8.903 billion.
