Serbia's Metalac to pay flat dividend of 0.77 euro per share

June 11 (SeeNews) - Serbian blue-chip cookware maker Metalac [BEL:MTLC] said it will pay this year a gross dividend of 90 dinars ($0.83/0.77 euro) per share from its 2023 earnings, as much as it paid last year.

The ex-dividend day was May 28, Metalac said in a statement on Monday.

The decision was approved at a regular shareholders meeting on June 7.

Metalac shares last traded on the Belgrade bourse on June 4, closing flat at 1,705 dinars. Its capital is divided into 2,040,000 stocks of 1,200 dinars in par value each.

Metalac has said earlier that its net profit rose to 282.1 million dinars in 2023, from 254.6 million dinars in 2022.
