Serbia's Metalac net profit rises in 2023

January 31 (SeeNews) - Serbian cookware manufacturer Metalac [BEL:MTLC] said on Wednesday that it recorded a net profit of 282.1 million dinars ($2.6 million/2.4 million euro) last year, compared to a net profit of 254.6 million dinars in 2022.

Revenue increased to 1.37 billion dinars in 2023 from 1.15 billion dinars a year earlier, while expenses rose to 1.30 billion dinars from 1.12 billion dinars, Metalac said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

Metalac shares last traded flat at closing 1,550 dinars on the Belgrade bourse on Wednesday.
