February 29 (SeeNews) - Romania issued 1,829 building permits for residential projects in January, down 12% year-on-year, the national statistical office said on Thursday.

INS provided no figure for the value of the projects which were granted permits.

Romania issued 34,646 building permits for residential projects in 2023, down 20.6% year-on-year.
