Romania's 2Performant 9-mo net loss shrinks 72%

November 27 (SeeNews) - Romanian affiliate marketing company 2Performant [BSE:2P] said on Monday that its net loss shrank 72% year-on-year to 352,000 lei ($77,530/70,810 euro) during the first nine months of 2023.

In the January-September period, the company's revenues totalled 36.5 million lei, 37% higher on the year, 2Performant said in a filing to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Turnover rose 36% on the year to 32.2 million lei during the first nine months of the year, the company said. Operations in Romania generated 87% of the turnover.

The company's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) reached 765,840 lei during the first nine months of the year, reversing a prior-year loss of 600,180 lei. Operating expenses rose 33% year-on-year to 36.8 million lei during January-September.

2Performant, established in 2010, connects online marketing specialists with online stores and brands based on a cost per sale model. The company has been listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since December 2020.

Its shares traded 1.19% higher at 2.55 lei as of 1232 CET on Monday on the Bucharest bourse.
