Romanian utility calls tender for water/wastewater sys upgrades in Giurgiu - TED

October 4 (SeeNews) - Romanian water utility Apa Service has invited bids for rehabilitation and extension of water and wastewater systems in the southern county of Giurgiu under a 23.6 million lei ($6.7 million/5.2 million euro) contract, the EU's procurement journal announced on Thursday.

The contract's value excludes value-added tax.

The project involves the rehabilitation and extension of the water supply and wastewater networks and the construction of five wastewater pump stations in Bolintin Vale town, a notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) showed.

The contract duration is 18 months. The bidding deadline is December 3.
