N. Macedonia's Tehnokomerc to pay flat dividend for 2023

May 30 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Tehnokomerc [MSE:TEHN], a retailer of car spare parts, tires, batteries, construction machines and hydraulic hoses, said on Thursday its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 50 denars ($0.9/0.8 euro) per share for 2023, same as the year before.

N. Macedonia's Tehnokomerc to pay flat dividend for 2023

Tehnokomerc intends to distribute 980,850 denars out of its accumulated profit as dividend for 2023, it said in a bourse filing.

Tehnokomerc recorded a net profit of 2.2 million denars in 2023 after booking a net loss of 6.9 million denars the previous year.

(1 euro = 61.46 denars)
