Bosnia's Unioninvestplastika minority stake to be offered for sale

July 5 (SeeNews) - Some 5,200 shares of Bosnia and Herzegovina's plastic and rubber products maker Unioninvestplastika [SAJ:UNPLR], representing a 1.5% stake, will be offered for sale at an auction on July 15, the Sarajevo bourse said on Friday.

The shares will be offered at a price of 48 marka ($26.6/24.5 euro) apiece, the Sarajevo stock exchange said in a notice.

The company's share capital is divided into 353,242 shares of 10 marka in par value each.

Unioninvestplastika's shares have not traded on the Sarajevo bourse in the past year.

(1 euro = 1.956 marka)
