EIB to open office in Montenegro

The new office is a measure of commitment to the development of Montenegro, the EIB was quoted as saying in a press release on Thursday following a visit to Montenegro.

On Thursday, EIB Global, the financial arm of the European Investment Bank (EIB) that lends outside the EU, said it will provide an 11 million euro ($11.9 million) grant to Montenegro for the country's education programme.
