September 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian software company Span [ZSE: Span] said on Monday it has incorporated a fully-owned subsidiary in Georgia.
On September 8, the national agency of public registry of Georgia issued a decision on the registration of incorporation of the unit under the name Span Limited Liability company, with headquarters in Tbilisi, Span said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
According to the web site of Span, it has affiliated companies in Slovenia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova, the U.S., the UK, Switzerland, Germany and Estonia.
Last month, Span said it plans to set up its unit in Georgia as the markets of Eastern Europe and Central Asia are in Span’s strategic focus.
The shares of Span traded flat at 54.60 euro ($58.6) intraday on Monday on the Zagreb bourse.
