Croatia’s Medora to skip dividend

June 17 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator Medora [ZSE:HPDG] said on Monday it will propose to its shareholders to skip dividend distribution this year.

The company’s entire net profit of 1.6 million euro ($1.7 million) reported for 2023 will be retained, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on August 23. Last year they decided to retain Medora's net profit of 1.06 million euro reported for 2022.

Medora's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on June 4, closing flat at 1.85 euro.
