Croatia'a Zagrebacka Banka proposes higher dividend for 2023

February 28 (SeeNews) - Croatia's top lender Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA], part of Italy's UniCredit Group, said on Wednesday it has proposed to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 1.40 euro ($1.52) per ordinary share from its net profit for 2023.

Record day is April 18, ex-day is April 17, and payment date is May 13, the bank said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on April 10.

Last year, Zagrebacka Banka paid out a dividend of 1.69 euro per share from its 2022 profit and from its retained profits.

Zagrebacka Banka's shares traded 4.0% lower higher at 18 euro on the Zagreb bourse intraday on Wednesday.
