October 21 (SeeNews) - Online betting operator Telematic Interactive Bulgaria [BSE:TIB] said on Friday that it has acquired newly-founded offshore firm Palmsbet Curacao BV in a move to gain access to the Peruvian market.
The value of the deal is 1,000 euro ($977.4), which equals the face value of the firm, Telematic said in a stock exchange filing.

The company was just founded in the island country of Curacao, which is located in the southern Caribbean Sea and is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Telematic said its new subsidiary will apply for a licence to operate in Peru and other markets in the region. The licence will enable Telematic to offer its entire product range in Peru through the new unit.
Telematic Interactive Bulgaria provides business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) services. The B2C segment is served by the Palms Bet brand under which Telematic Interactive Bulgaria operates within Bulgaria. The B2B segment is served by Telematic's subsidiary CT Interactive which provides game content to international contracting parties.
