After taking measures to address the issue, the company has now started a process of resuming operations, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Neochim halted temporarily operations at the nitric acid facility in October because of a technical problem which was subsequently resolved.

As at CET 1000 on Tuesday, shares in Neochim traded flat at 44.60 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The company reported at the end of October a standalone net profit of 76.2 million levs ($38.89 million/38.96 million euro) for the first nine months of 2022, representing a solid rise from 16 million in the same period of 2021. In parallel, revenue soared to 501.4 million levs from 196.3 million levs.
