September 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian construction group Trace Group Hold said on Wednesday it has been awarded a water project in the capital Sofia worth at least 9.0 million euro ($13.2 million).
The company has won a tender for the implementation of the second phase of the city's integrated water project which has an overall tab of 58.5 million euro, the company said in a statement.
The integrated water project covers the repair of a wastewater treatment plant, the construction of pump and wastewater treatment stations as well as the complete overhaul of the capital's water supply and sewerage systems. It is co-financed under the European Union's ISPA programme.
Shares of Trace Group Hold, part of the blue-chip SOFIX index on the bourse in Sofia, closed 1.23% lower at 80.5 levs ($60.2/41.1 euro) in a volume of 631 shares on Wednesday. The statement was released during trading hours.
