Bulgarian-based bidder wins advisory deal on Zletovica water project in Macedonia – TED

SKOPJE (Macedonia), September 12 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian-based Sweco Aqua Hydro Consortium has been hired to provide consultancy services for the second and third stages of the Zletovica multi-purpose water management system project in Macedonia, a contract award notice in the European Union’s procurement journal indicated on Wednesday.

The contract calls for the preparation of a feasibility study and an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for electricity production and irrigation components of the Zletovica project, the notice in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) indicated.

The value of the awarded contract is 990,950 euro ($1.3 million), excluding Value Added Tax.

The contracting authorities are Macedonia's agriculture ministry and government-owned company HS Zletovica.
