The company is offering 17,000 bonds of 100 marka in par value each, bearing an interest rate of 5.50% per year, it said in a bourse filing on earlier this week.

The bonds will have a 15-year maturity, the statement read.

The selling price will be determined on the bourse. The subscription period starts on December 15 and ends on January 13, 2021.

The issue's success threshold is set at 60%.

Kozarska Dubica-based Vodovod provides water utility services, maintaining some 180 km of distribution pipelines and 75 km of secondary connection pipelines, and serving some 6,100 consumers.

In addition, the company maintains the 67-km sewerage network in the northern city of Kozarska Dubica.
