April 5 (SeeNews) - Air Montenegro said on Friday that it launched a seasonal summer service connecting Montenegro's coastal town of Tivat and Izmir in Turkey.
The service will be operated three times per week - on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays, Air Montenegro said in a press release.
Izmir is one of four new seasonal summer services that the carrier will offer this year, alongside Baku in Azerbaijan, Ostrava in the Czech Republic and Munich in Germany.
Last week, Montenegro's National Tourism Organisation (NTO), said the country's two international airports, in Podgorica and Tivat, served over 290,000 passengers from the start of the year to March 24.
