Adris, Ericsson Nikola Tesla push higher Croatian share indices

February 20 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange reached new record highs on Tuesday backed by gains in Adris [ZSE:ADRS2] and Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT], bourse data showed.

The 20-share benchmark CROBEX rose 0.12% to close at 2,712.69 points, its highest level in at least five years.

The narrower equity index CROBEX10, tracking the top ten issuers in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, added 0.20% to an all-time high of 1,621.25 points.

However, all three most traded shares on Tuesday are not part of the main equity indices. The highest daily turnover, 176,900 euro ($191,200) generated exchange traded fund InterCapital CROBEX10tr UCITS [ZSE:7CRO]. The price of its units increased 0.19% to 21.58 euro.

Second by turnover with 123,100 euro were ordinary shares of power transformer manufacturer Koncar D&ST [ZSE:KODT] as they fell 0.96% to 1,030 euro.

Shares of hotel owner Imperial Riviera [ZSE:HIMR] declined 0.94% to 105 euro in a turnover of 101,200 euro,

In lower turnovers, blue-chip preferred shares of diversified holding Adris went up 0.67% to 60.40 euro. Shares of ICT equipment producer Ericsson Nikola Tesla gained 1.44% to 211 euro.

Hrvatska Postanska Banka (HPB) [ZSE:HPB] appreciated 2.86% to 216 euro as 250 of its shares changed hands. The bank announced on Tuesday afternoon that it has received approval by the central bank to include up to 22.42 million euro of its profit for last year in the calculation of its common equity Tier-1, in order to meet the respective requirements.

The regular turnover on the Zagreb bourse went up to 1.1 million euro from 997,600 euro on Monday.
