Acronis supports refugees from the war in Ukraine

Acronis employees are actively involved in the company initiative to help people in need.

Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection, is helping refugees from Ukraine in various ways, trying to ease the global suffering. Most of the employees are actively involved in this noble initiative, and those willing to help can do it with financial donations and humanitarian aid.

Acronis Cyber Foundation is partnering with the global organization UNICEF to alleviate the suffering of refugees from Ukraine. The goal is to collect $250,000 from Acronis‘ donors. If you would like to support our joint project with UNICEF, please consider donating through https://acronis.org

Acronis Bulgaria has allocated space in its office in NV Tower to collect humanitarian aid from local employees. They are all managed by a coordinator, an Acronis employee and a Red Cross volunteer, who makes sure that everything gathered is delivered to the Bulgarian Red Cross. Acronis employees globally donated clothing, baby products, hygiene items, etc., sending them to the humanitarian organization. The company also has purchased items requested by the Bulgarian Red Cross such as tents, sleeping bags, flashlights for the needs of the refugees on the borders, and the first delivery has already been completed.

In addition, Acronis employees are organizing art therapy classes for the children of Ukrainian refugees in Burgas with the support of the local city administration. Art therapy can help children and youth with their emotions, relieve stress and improve anxiety symptoms. Art therapy involves using various creative techniques such as drawing, painting, collaging, coloring, or sculpting to help people express themselves artistically and examine their art's psychological and emotional undertones.
