October 9 (SeeNews) - Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] generated 58% of Monday’s trading turnover on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data showed.
Trading in Zavarovalnica Triglav shares generated a turnover of 509,710 euro ($597,980), as 17,932 of the company’s shares changed hands on Monday, closing 2.14% higher at 28.6 euro.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE fell to 873,400 euro on Monday from 1.4 million euro on Friday.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, rose 1.38% to 810.78 points on Monday. On Friday, the index closed 0.17% lower.
Insurance company KD Group [LJE:KDHR] was the top blue-chip gainer on Monday, closing 4.08% higher at 8.12 euro.
Hand tools manufacturer Unior [LJE:UKIG] fell the most among blue chips on Monday, as it closed 1.74% lower at 18.615 euro.
