The unit is 100% owned by Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria - Farin and has a share capital of 21,400 lei ($7,700/5,000 euro) divided into 2,140 shares. The company was set up in the Black Sea port of Constanta, the Bulgarian owner said in a statement sent to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria - Farin (www.farin.bg), formerly Farin, is active in fodder production, trade in agricultural goods, construction, furniture, transport, leasing and auto services.
Farin announced in April that local company Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria OOD had acquired a 50% stake in it for an undisclosed sum and that the deal will not change Farin's investment plans. A month earlier Farin had said it was looking for a partner in the construction of four wind farms worth a combined 200 million euro ($262.4 million).
Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria - Farin trades 5.0 million euro of bonds on BSE.
