The new share issue represents an equity capital increase by 50% and therefore it is necessary to carry out an extraordinary revision of the indices, the bourse said in a press release.

Before the capital increase, Atlantska Plovidba had 1,395,520 shares listed on the regular market segment of the bourse. On November 2, the bourse published a decision to list a further 697,750 shares of Atlantska Plovidba. Trading with the new shares started on November 6.

The extraordinary revision will be carried out on November 17, after the end of trading on the ZSE. The calculation of the indices with the new number of shares of Atlantska included will start on November 20.

Shares of Atlantska Plovidba traded 0.38% lower at 51.80 euro by 13:14 local time on Friday on the Zagreb bourse.
