December 8 (SeeNews) - The Zagreb Stock Exchange said on Friday it will delist the shares of wafers and biscuits maker Koestlin [ZSE:KOES] as of Monday, after the company was fully acquired by Bosnian wholesaler Mepas.
The central securities depository and clearing agency, SKDD, will register a squeeze out of the minority shareholder in Koestlin on Friday, the bourse said in a filing.
Koestlin’s shareholders approved the squeeze out proposal by Mepas on October 13.
Koestlin shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on September 12, closing flat at 80 euro ($86).
