Zagreb bourse to delist Brionka's shares on Dec 21

December 20 (SeeNews) - The Zagreb Stock Exchange said on Tuesday that it would delist the shares of baking products maker Brionka [ZSE: BRNK] as of December 21 upon the company's request.

The last trading day for Brionka's shares is December 20, the bourse said in a statement.

The shareholders of Brionka decided in September to delist its shares and the commercial court in Pazin entered that decision into the country's court registry on December 5. Last year, Brionka reported a net loss of some 2.1 million kuna.

Brionka's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on October 27, closing 25% lower at 30 kuna.
