The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) added 0.13% to 1,752.86 points after rising 0.69% on Monday.
The narrower blue-chip index, the CROBEX10, which tracks the 10 leading companies in terms of free-float, market capitalisation and liquidity on the ZSE, added 0.24% to 990.33 points.
The CROX index, which tracks the 12 most traded stocks on the ZSE and is calculated by the Vienna bourse, edged 0.66% lower in euro terms to 897.17.
Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS-R-A] posted the highest turnover of some 1.5 million kuna ($198,700/254,600 euro) among the CROBEX components. The stock added 3.43% to 268.99 kuna.
Retailer Konzum [ZSE:KNZM-R-A] led the CROBEX decliners, falling 4.75% to 79.96 euro.
Civil engineering company Ingra [ZSE:INGR-R-A] led the CROBEX gainers, rising 4.17% to 3.25 kuna.
The bourse's total turnover in floor trading fell to 11.9 million kuna from 13.7 million kuna on Monday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index closed 0.14% higher at 103.1737 points.
The CROBIS Total Return bond index, which has the same components as the CROBIS and also includes accrued interest or interest payments, added 0.16% to 120.7306 points.
