U.S. Invenergy mulls first 5-10 MW solar park in Montenegro, Podgorica says

October 11 (SeeNews) - Montenegro said on Thursday that U.S.-based Invenergy is interested in building the first solar park in the Adriatic country, with installed capacity of 5.0 to 10 megawatts.

The investor is also interested in harnessing the energy potential of the Moraca, Komarnica and Maoca rivers, the Montenegrin government said in a statement issued after prime minister Igor Luksic met with Invenergy CEO Michael Polsky in Podgorica.
