Bulgaria's gross foreign debt at the end of October was equivalent to 107.1% of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) projected for 2008, the central bank said in a statement.
Bulgaria's long-term foreign debt was 22.553 billion euro and short-term debt totalled 13.871 billion euro at the end of October.
