Mtel expects the talks to be successful, in line with its strategy to expand in North Macedonia, news provider Faktor reported.

Last year, Vladimir Lucic, CEO of Telekom Srbija, said the company was looking to invest 50 million euro ($54.1 million) in the expansion of its operations in North Macedonia in 2023 and 2024.

Mtel started operations in North Macedonia in 2021.

The Telekom Srbija group is offering services to more than 11 million customers in the region and Europe.
